We brought our 7 week old baby in with concerns of reflux due to pain during feedings, grunting, spitting up and choke. We were seen by Dr. Matthew Borgstrom who was extremely condescending towards us . He asked for additional history information and then rushed us along. He challenged that our baby sleeping only 4 hours a night wasn't in fact "abnormal" and that she "wasn't in pain". He even questioned why we had her tongue tie clipped?? Being a medical professional I would expect he would know reasons why a tongue tie is a problem? He treated us like oversensitive naive parents which is extremely inaccurate given I work in Healthcare. Very unimpressed with this doctor.

Staff are unbelievablely unprofessional. They mock and insult patients when they leave the triage area and insult other nurses. The triage nurse wasn’t able to effectively and appropriately triage patients. The wait times were horrible. The bathroom toilets were all clogged, and filthy. This place is an utter disaster.

Rude staff, long wait times, no support. Drive into Calgary.

Bad service, rude front desk people, 2 doctors on service, 92 year old mother in law had to wait 3 hours before a doctor even look at her painful shoulder, another hour for X-ray. Seriously, is that the best we have in AIRDRE?? Come on, AHS, get this Urgent care functional!!!

Ended up in urgent care and so thankful for the doctor but specifically the nurse that attended to me. Was in and out of it all day , exhausted, and hooked up to fluids. Many many thanks for the understanding and kindness of the staff that day. Was scary for me being a university student and alone in the city without family in AB, but I was immediately put in a closed room, looked after, and felt safe.

The worst place ever. Rude and cold staff.
One of the doctors (can’t remember his name) not sure how is even there and how he gave the Hippocrates oath as he is totally incompetent and rude. Intimidates patients and ask the same question twice.
