Do not go to this hospital. After waiting for 6 hours in urgent care, the doctor I saw was careless, rude and incompetent. I don't even know how he's allowed to practice medicine. The nurse had to come explain things after he left. It was awful. Would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

I went to urgent care for severe lower abdominal pain. They did a CT and found nothing. Apparently my WBC was elevated but they didn't feel the need to investigate and just let me go. Saw a nurse practitioner at an access clinic the next day and now being treated for a severe bladder infection.

My mother was taking by ambulance to the Victoria hospital last night (Nov 22) and again this morning (Nov 23) . She is in her late 70's. She falling at home now lots. The care my mother received at the Victoria hospital is so rare now a days. Everyone All the staff go above and beyond for the patients. You can tell they genuinely care about people. I just want to thank the staff clerk at the register desk She had Red long hair(Tennilleee) I believe her name is. She is so passionate and caring to everyone. She goes above and beyond for everyone in the waiting room. The staff had such a hard time lots of difficult patients, but Tennille (red hair girl) she was so calm and nice to the patients even though they were being rude and difficult. You can tell she loves caring for people. She made my mother and I have a real good experience at a hospital. My mother doesn't have very many good experiences with hospitals. Thank you so very much. We appreciate everything all the staff do.

On Oct 30th I had day surgery performed by Dr. Woo and the whole experience was wonderful especially all the nurses on the ward who all do a great job of making everyone as comfortable as possible.

I went to the hospital on Friday June 9,2023 to have surgery done. I was super nervous and having a panic attack about my surgery. The administration staff(Tennelle) she is absolutely amazing at what she does. She calmed me down held my hand told me I got this. She helped me through a tough day. She was super busy that day as well and she still took the time to show me compassion. We need more people like her. She is a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day.

Thank you for the excellent care I received at Victoria Hospital with Dr. C Bergen and Brandon (Bradly) and staff today. Very good treatment. Would recommend the service there any time. So thorough and explain what is going on. Will take the time to answer question.

I recently had day surgery at Victoria Hosp.- Monday early morning,Mar. 13th
I got excellent pre and post op care. The nurses were very attentive, caring and efficient. I wish I had gotten their names. The anesthesiologist, Mohammed, was especially calming and explained the procedures before I entered the operating theatre. The care in the recovery area was excellent and I was wheeled to the hospital entrance to my ride. I am recovering well thanks to Dr.Woo whom I can thank when I see him on Wed.

I was so pleased with my care. Test performed were very thorough and ruled out any heart issues. Thank you staff and Dr. Horvath for the excellent care. Excellent bed side manner.

I was so well taken care of. Sign in and triage were friendly. I had a nurse practitioner (Jackie) take care of me. She was excellent. Only needed a few stitches. She was most professional and kind.
