Do not go to this hospital. After waiting for 6 hours in urgent care, the doctor I saw was careless, rude and incompetent. I don’t even know how he’s allowed to practice medicine. The nurse had to come explain things after he left. It was awful. Would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

My mother was taking by ambulance to the Victoria hospital last night (Nov 22) and again this morning (Nov 23) . She is in her late 70’s. She falling at home now lots. The care my mother received at the Victoria hospital is so rare now a days. Everyone All the staff go above and beyond for the patients. You can tell they genuinely care about people. I just want to thank the staff clerk at the register desk She had Red long hair(Tennilleee) I believe her name is. She is so passionate and caring to everyone. She goes above and beyond for everyone in the waiting room. The staff had such a hard time lots of difficult patients, but Tennille (red hair girl) she was so calm and nice to the patients even though they were being rude and difficult. You can tell she loves caring for people. She made my mother and I have a real good experience at a hospital. My mother doesn’t have very many good experiences with hospitals. Thank you so very much. We appreciate everything all the staff do.

I went to the hospital on Friday June 9,2023 to have surgery done. I was super nervous and having a panic attack about my surgery. The administration staff(Tennelle) she is absolutely amazing at what she does. She calmed me down held my hand told me I got this. She helped me through a tough day. She was super busy that day as well and she still took the time to show me compassion. We need more people like her. She is a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day.
