Youth team is amazing. The treatment of adults is awful. Waited 3 years for a counsellor before as someone who was actively s*icidal. I've had a counsellor tell me she did not believe my diagnosis was a "real diagnosis". Another argued with me (an Indigenous client) about my culture - asserting she knew more than I because she ran a group for Indigenous clients. The ineptitude is incredible.
