Just had a colonoscopy, what a great team! Everyone was caring, cheerful and informative. I don’t believe I could have had a better experience! The facilities were excellent and the tea, biscuit and sammys were much appreciated. 10 out of 10 for these guys!

To Whom it may concern. I attended A&E on Saturday 17th December 2022 at approximately 9.45pm thereabouts with what I felt was a broken wrist having had a fall. I was very quickly seen by a beautiful lady at reception (I only know her to this day as having the most gorgeous foot prints tattoo on her left forearm) wow she was super caring and so kind to me, I can’t thank her enough. Then I met Maria who was the most amazing nurse I could have ever imagined was coming my way that evening, words cannot describe Maria (WOW) keep in mind I was in a lot of pain this injury was new to me but somehow they all together managed to just be so professional that I wasn’t too scared. Maria took care of the next steps and then in comes Alma to assist Maria with the cast application and they were spectacular (gas was given & my sister was in attendance so next day told me I had provided some entertainment, albeit good). I also want to thank Dr Boon Tek Ong who I think may have been due to go off duty but treated me like I mattered. I really can’t thank these beautiful, respectful human beings that I met and who took such good care of me that night. Thanks all of you from the bottom of my heart xx Allanah Zillwood.

The staff here are very friendly I guess they have to put on that face when dealing with patients but they are not promising and too slow to actually help you.

I was in there a year ago with a badly damaged thumb and broken the staff and everyone was woundful the only thing was its took waiting in the waiting room up to 13 hours before I saw someone and got a room I don't blame the nurses or doctors they are very short of staff who are working so hard and doing their job well the hospital is nice and clean we were well looked after. My husband was in hospital on the on the 1/2/2024 until the 4/2/2024 for his foot they do a wonderful job making sure we all were well looked after while we were sitting in the waiting room waiting for our name to be call out for some to see us they gave us blankets to keep us warm and later that night sandwich and coffee and tea

Stubbornly refused to allow use of husband's blood in case of an emergency while giving birth, insisting that the covid vax tainted public blood supply was safer. Obviously, their medical opinion therefore cannot be trusted for anything because they're either stupid or evil or both. I'm glad to be out of the whole backwards country and back in the good ol' US of A where I have freedom of choice. I would not recommend Waikato hospital or New Zealand at all. Thankfully me and my baby made it through the birth safely (thanks to my wonderful midwife, not the hospital staff) and my whole family made it out of NZ without getting the poison jab.
