All the staff I encountered were professional, friendly and kind; the facilities were good and the treatment excellent. Unfortunately, I was very unimpressed with the one meal I had. After a day of fasting and then evening surgery, I was looking forward to a nourishing breakfast. The Cornflakes, cold toast, watery juice and lukewarm instant coffee were very disappointing. The catering lets down a good Hospital.

Front of house staff are appalling in their attitude. Not one of the half a dozen staff encountered on my visit smiled let alone greeted. Information on admission steps etc were few and far between and the random one that was issued was contradicted by another. And not even a pick and drop off parking area. So much for paying for a private procedure. Let’s hope the actual surgery was more professional.

As a heart patient with open heat surgery I can’t thank enough the ICU doctors and nurses.
But a soon as I was released and went to the wards I immediately was cold and shivering.
During the night they made sure that they didn’t desturb you, and stay to let you go to sleep even though you were in pain and the nurses light was on.
I walked after surgery to ask for a blanket and had to set it up myself.
The people did not even know why I was in hospital and fir how long.
Like I said the doctors and ICU nurses are fabulous it’s when they move you you need to ask as I did for an ambulance to take you across the road to stay in the public sector

I can’t commend Warringal Private enough for my recent day procedure. Everyone was just lovely. Probably the best hospital experience I’ve ever had.

I've just spent the last 8 days in warringal private hospital. I can not speak highly enough of the A1 service and achievements this place carried out. The nursing staff where fantastic polite and always there when I needed. If you want to feel the care you need in a hospital go through theses guys Thanks again to everyone that looked after me here I'm now home safe and sound and beginning steps towards a full recovery Would highly recommend

Clinically superb. After care is abysmal, nursing staff do not ensure you are comfortable and not as attentive as they should be. The Food is shockingly bad and worse that what you would be served in the Public Sector, this affects recovery time! The food used to be excellent, they have obviously changed providers to save money and it is obvious! This is not what I expect from a private facility. I will not be returning, private health care is so expensive, the very least they can do is make sure the food is palatable. (There was Mould in my desert!) Where are the health inspectors?

I recently stayed in this hospital for a week after I was supposed to have an overnight stay I had an allergic reaction to aniesedic and was very unwell for a week and had to stay in for the intire week for monitoring. We are all so very different. I cannot praise the nursing stuff and care enough was second to none. I felt very cared for and the staff went above and beyond to try and help me feel better. I. Especially want to thank my Dr Annie Chu for her constant care while I was in hospital she conducted the procedure. And checked in on me every day while I was in Could not recommend a better place for your care. Best hospital in Melbourne

Warringal a Ramsay hospital was terrible, you go into a private room and are shifted out to have your operation then have to wait for another room to become available, they have one policy for diabetics when we are all different, I went for 83Kl to 67Kl dure to their diabetic diet crap food

I was on Boyd Ward for 3 days and cannot have enough praise for the nurses on the ward. They were professional, caring, understanding and helpful in every way. The support staff from cleaner to those serving the meals were also very professional and understanding. In these times of extreme difficulties for those in the health area the hospital can be commended for the terrific work they are doing. Please pass on my best wishes to all staff on the Boyd Ward, pre op and surgery. Regards Paul van Loon
