the ER reception people are WORTHLESS lazy rude / and do not give a S~~~ . But once you get past those losers it all turn PROFESSIONAL / THE DOCTOR AND STAFF WERE AMAZING

1 Dr for all ER. 8+ hr wait times. Nurses loud and socializing need re training on empathy. You work in a hospital and people are sick you are not out with friends! Read the room.

I read these comments and have experienced the same issues as patients have stayed below, it’s very concerning, why spend all this money on a new hospital when there are these issues that are not dealt with. What does it take to get something done to change this culture?

Currently in the emergency… been here for 3.5 hours…. I asked for a nurse she said just a few minutes… 20 minutes later I saw her sitting on her phone when I needed just ask if it was okay to take my pain meds. No bed side manor AT ALL

The worst hospital I have been to. The staffs come there for socializing not for work. The nurses are absolutely useless. It’s not even busy there. I waited 4hrs for a doc to see my 6m baby who was crying out of her lungs for straight 4hrs. The doctor asked the nurse to get my baby’s blood work n X-ray, but instead of doing their work I see them laughing and talking to their colleagues. I am not sure if they understand the meaning of EMERGENCY. The nurses have no sympathy. Horrible experience the two times I have been there.

Went to emergency and Dr. Wu and Dr. Hansenberger were both excellent and consulted each other to obtain their best analysis of my condition . Went above and beyond . Nursing staff were professionals. So glad we visited this hospital .

The maternity ward is the BEST! I had both of my children here and the staff was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end of my stays. With one of them, I was there for 5 days because my doctor knew I wasn't ready, nor felt comfortable to go home earlier. I will be forever grateful for the wonderful care they provided (diapers, baby clothing, pads/after birthing underwear for me, taking baby for 5 hours one night so I could sleep and recover).

I went in for a possible heart attack. I also have a social anxiety and the put me in the hallway on display. I left there knowing I am a recovering drug addict that is going to get high because of the crappy service and the misses don't I derstand what anxiety does to a person. . I will be lucky to make it through the night I am now suicidal from the experience
