I think its important to let front line nurses and Doctors know how much their patients appreciate the care they get. Triage was accurate. I experienced long wait times but I was not in pain or peril. Nurses and Doctor were thoroughly proffesional and suppirtive. Thank You

Nurse gave up before even trying to start an IV that the doctor ordered.

This place is a waste of our tax payer money. It's inefficient, staff don't communicate with one another, and it's a dump.

This past month worst hospital experience ever! After waiting 2 hours isolated, nurses in emerge very loud, condescending and rude. Told me I didn’t need a wheelchair – just walk! Bullies. We do not intend to ever go there again – would rather drive to YEG with two broken arms. Miserable nursing staff; miserable emerge experience, just plain miserable.

A few weeks ago my gramma was discharged against our wishes. She got more sick, and almost died. We took her to Edmonton instead. The bullying is accurate.

My son had acute bronchitis. They âdidn’tâ get the text back for covid just after almost two days of being in the hospital, until I told them we wanted to go home then suddenly they had the test right then and there. And because we were on quarantine, staff required to wear PP gear to bring food and do tests. One nurse didn’t feel the need to keep on putting the gear on but instead would leave mine and my sons food on the ground. During the whole shift she was on. I do not recommend

Indigenous patients are often treated poorly, managers bully and threatened 91 year old indigenous. Culture of fear and toxic work environment because upper management seem to condone bullying at managerial positions.

Recent surgery at the Wetaskiwin Hospital. The Doctors, Nurses and all the staff here are nothing less than top notch. Dr. Oad and Dr. Johnson made my experience positive and everyone was so kind and professional. One of the best hospitals I’ve been to!
