This place killed my mom and my aunt, I believe they both would still be alive, if they were at another hospital.

Metro health main campus. Complaints department within the facility is allowed to hang up in the face of family members that are stressed from loved ones having majorly surgery . Even the ombudsman was leaning on the rude side cause she wanted to go home instead of coming to help resolve a problem with mother trying to get back to sick child that just had a surgery n a fever of 105 degrees… No people skills at all, very discussed with (complaints) staff. If u want compassion, understanding, respect for the money u spend( personal insurance)metro health might not be the place for you. Sincerely Audrey Wallace .

Some of the Dr’s are best in the world, others the absolute worst. The Er is filthy I have the picture. It appears they use dirty mops in er, rarely cleans bathroom and the mop hasn’t touched the corner in years. If you swabbed the corners you might find the next pandemi .

It’s run like a business by unhappy uncaring people.

I’ve been a patient at Metro for seven or eight years. Been trying to get in for my Medicare Wellness exam. First time sat for over a half hour finally got called in and told them I had to leave in 35 to 40 minutes because I had to go to work and they said can’t do it that fast. Had to make a new appointment and as I was going out the door for the appointment my phone rang and they cancelled because of covid with the doctor. I rescheduled had to wait 3 weeks went today and they cancelled it supposedly for covid again but didn’t call me or leave me a message on my chart. Now for the 4th time I have an appointment on February 14th, we’ll see what happens then
