Adie's pupil, also known as Holmes-Adie syndrome when associated with absent deep tendon reflexes, is a neurological condition characterized by a tonically dilated pupil that reacts slowly to light but better to accommodation. It is a form of benign parasympathetic denervation of the eye's pupil. The modern preferred term is Adie's tonic pupil.
