I had to take my father for basal cell removal, and was booked with this doctor, he told me he was leaving on holidays for 3 weeks, and couldn't wait, he put us in the back, so he could see other patients, he wasn't the right doctor, talked very demeaning, and rude, I would never ever go back.

I took my 18 month old daughter to Dr Brassard with a very bad diaper rash that had not cleared up despite all my GP's best efforts. As a concerned new mom I took her to Dr Brassard who quickly put my mind at ease and diagosed my daughter. He prescribed her a cream which quickly cleared her rash. He was very kind and caring to both me and my daughter. I would definitley recommend him!

This doctor diagnosed me with a skin condition correctly right away. Two other dermatologist in Edmonton did not and my skin was getting worse. Also reassured me I was not going bald as another dermatologist told me. I was thrilled and thanks to his correct diagnosis I am on my way to healthier skin again. I would recommend him.

This doctor was totally unhelpful and not very bright. He completely missed what my problem is and scared me to death by telling me I had a weird disease which was never proven. He sent me to another specialist who quickly told me what I really have and now I'm much better on the right treatment. The specialist was baffled that Brassard would think I had the weird syndrome as I showed no signs pointing to it. A big waste of time and created more stress in the end. Needs to be more practical rather than focussing on his dress code. I don't recommend him at all.

Dr Brassard is very caring. I cured my ulcer while other physicians were not helpful. His nurses have taken care of me as I was family. The last comment is absurd. He is the brightest physician I ever met. He took his time with me after the student saw me.

Super arrogant doctor with incompetent trainees. I agree with the other ratings that mention that he is just show with minimal knowledge. Nice staff though.

Dr. Brassard made me feel comfortable with a rather embarrassing condition. He is a bit on the arrogant side. I am highly educated but he will act on that and talk you down at any moment. I saw a resident named T. Kwon this past summer and she was the rudest person I have ever encountered. I left the appointment in tears. She was so disrespectful. Look out for T.Kwon. She has started out her career on the wrong foot. Reception can be rude even if you talk nice to them. Changing an appointment for reasons beyond your control they act like you just committed a crime.

I had already been diagnosed with a condition by my dermatologist. Unfortunately it acted up while he was on vacation. I was forwarded on to this doctor as on call. He was rude, ignorant and dismissed me by telling my issue was all in my head. That I must be on drugs or something. He said this in front of an intern and the proceeded to open the door and told me to get out in front of staff and other patients. I have never been treated so badly and humiliated like that in my life. He should not be a doctor if this is how he speaks to people. Due his negligence and ignorance, I missed a huge family event b/c my flare up was so bad. Had to wait 3 weeks until my doctor came back whereas he took care of my issue immediately.
