I started seeing Dr Jeraj after my father said he found a Dr he liked in a walk in many years ago (my father NEVER liked Dr's) - this is one Dr that is down to earth and caring, I have never visited another Dr that has ever made me feel as welcome as Dr Jeraj. Even though I will have been waiting 4 months to get in to see him by the time I get in for my next appointment and find that somewhat aggravating, I still wouldn't consider changing Dr's. The reason he's so busy is he's so well liked and will take the time to visit with you a little. Some seem to say his staff could be friendlier? I find them extremely friendly, maybe it's how you approach them? Trying being patient and understanding with the staff and I'm sure you will find them the same with you. Any time there's been what appears to be a matter of urgency the staff has been able to fit me or my family in. No, I'm not getting paid for this commentary. :) Roger H

Almost always in a rush and behind the schedule. Do not listen carefully, finding the root cause after 3 or more visits. Require a month or more to book an appointment.

i,ve been going to Dr A Jeraj for six years now,the one negative I have is I feel he doesn’t listen to me when i’m trying to tell him about my medical concerns, that’s why i’m there he doesn,t.take his eyes off the computer the whole time you,re there.he always seems to be in a hurry,I feel rushed most of the time.He certainly has good qualities, that’s why i continue to go back to him, plus doctors in this town are not that easy to find.

My whole family used to see Dr Jeraj till my mother went to him and complained of a lump for months he said its just a cold, did no investigating of it when it never went away till a few months later when he did it was cancer and my mother died a year later..NOt sure she would be here but never know if they would have done the right digging around..He also missed positive results on my PAP took him 3 months to tell me.

Dr. Jeraj is very helpful, friendly, smiles, makes jokes to clam you down, Very knowledgeable if this is not his field you need, he will send you to a specialist. He is all ways at walk in, so it makes it easyer to see him, if he is book for the day.

As most people have said, he is ALWAYS behind and having to wait 1-2 hours for a BOOKED appointment time with a sick 2 year old is not fun for me, my child or the other 30 people in the waiting room! I feel he has one hand on the door knob all throughout my appt and I feel very rushed. I was prescribed the same medication for depression as my mother because “it worked for her so it should work for you” with no consideration to MY personal concerns. No follow up ever – overly NOT satisfied and as soon as I find another Dr., I’m so out of there!!
