I have been having a real hard time at work due to stress and other personal related items, and Dr Jerag has been very supportive and helpful getting me the counseling I need and some time off. His staff is also always so awesome!

Has been my Doctor for 25 + years and has always been very thorough and does not hesitate to send me for tests if necessary or refer me elsewhere. First class in my books. RDR

I tried to book an appointment for an IRCC medical exam, Unfortunately, this is the only physician in Medicine Hat authorized to do it. The woman who took the call didn't even try to find a free spot until one month later. She suggested I should go to Calgary or Edmonton (which I will have to do due to her lack of empathy). I can see why this office has so bad ratings. Keep away people!

My 93 year old grandma was admitted to the ER and Jeraj told my dad she was unresponsive and was going to die. My dad arrived at the ER to find she was able to talk. Jeraj wanted to put her into palliative care and wanted to not give her anymore food or water, and to basically keep giving her pain meds until she died. No I'm not kidding, he basically wanted to let my grandma die when the problem was a severe bladder infection. This guy couldn't diagnose a hang nail. He has no compassion and shouldn't be practicing when he basically will allow people to die of thirst and starvation. We put in a complaint to AHS.

I find Dr. Jeraj to be a very caring physician. He always makes me feel comfortable and even though he is VERY busy he shows he genuinely cares for his patients. I feel very blessed to have Dr. Jeraj as my Family Dorctor.

This Dr. doesn’t listen to you when you talk to him about something that is bothering you. He jumps to conclusions when you do try to tell him what is wrong with you. Looks mostly @ his computer when you are in with him. Makes you feel like you are taking up too much of his time. I am really unsatisfied with him.

The wait times are ridiculous. Sometimes he appears rushed however if you are pursitant with your concerns he gets the job done. It did take 6mo to figure out I had a tyroid condition but now things couldn’t be better
