Don't be alarmed by the bad punctuality rating. Although I've waited sometimes up to an hour after my appointment time, Dr. Nahon has ALWAYS made me feel that my appointment is the only that matters once the door closes and I'm in the room. 100 times out of 100 I would rather wait a long time and get proper treatment/attention than be rushed in and out so a doctor can fit everything in according to a schedule. Dr. Nahon has always been considerate, non-judgemental, non-egotistical, and honest. When I've suggested possible explanations for issues, I was never made to feel like I am the layperson and she is the doctor, rather, she gave thought to my suggestions and medically weighted them before making decisions. Dr. Nahon has always made me feel comfortable as her patient, and exceeded the level of Dr./Patient code that I would expect. We miss Corina in the office, she was the absolute best office manager I've ever seen in a medical practice. We miss Dr. Nahon, and wish her well in her new adventures, we just wish we could find anyone comparable in Toronto.

Office is usually impossible to reach. Can’t get an appointment in a reasonable time and when you do wait, she’s double booked. Poor organization. Pity as she used to be a great doctor to go to.

There is no email, text or any other notification system in place other than phone calls. If they don’t get you on the phone, they do not call back, and they wait time to get through to reception is generally 15 to 25 minutes. Dr Nahon is fantastic, but her staff is so disorganized. They need an office manager or to at least get an electronic system on the go to stop the excessive delays and pretty shocking missed details.

Dr. Nahon is wonderful but her receptionist Karina is horrible and rude! She absolutely acts like she rather be elsewhere and is so out of it and un – caring when someone calls, its staggering. The errors she made on my mother’s info were causing serious issues with her medical care and she acted like it was our fault and was hesitant to re-do them. The whining she does is almost intolerable and she should not be dealing with people in such a capacity. Would be interesting to see her reaction if she heard herself, the tone and lack of concern once, to see if she even realizes she is sounding so damm unhappy to be working at this otherwise amazing clinic! Never once saw her smile nor heard her appear even remotely pleasant…

the staff is pretty terrible. It takes a very long time to get through on the phone, and when they say they will call back with results, I’ve been left hanging for days or weeks. The receptionist is rude, unhelpful, and unapologetic. She recommends going to a public clinic before finding out why I need an appointment (which to me negates even having a personal physician) She never remembers patients, even when reminded of a call from an hour before. Dr. Nahon is totally great, but it seems she has taken on too many patients to be able to have time to treat any one of them. I am finding I have to be a pest to get even the shortest of responses from the staff, and even then I have to follow up daily or multiple times a day if I ever want to hear back about results. I find the staff so awful, and feel so brushed aside, that even though Dr. Nahon is wonderful, I would not be able to recommend her. it is the worst run office i have ever been a patient at. it is a shame.
