This doctor is horrible!! It's no wonder why there is so many terrible responses on here! I only hope that she reads these posts and can correct some things! The absolute WORST bedside manners!! She rushes you, never lets you asks questions. You are definately just a stat when it comes to this woman that's for sure! When i was pregnant and going to her every 2 weeks on the exact same day she could never remember my name! Would drive me crazy! Just a thought would be to lighten your patient load if you can't even treat your patients with the simple respect of knowing their names! I wouldn't go back to her if you paid me! The worst person to go to when your pregnant that's forsure! I got more information from the ads at a bus stop driving by then I did with this woman! AWFUL AWFUL!! I am so glad that word of mouth is as powerful as it is, cause I've deferred 6 of my pregnant friends from going to her!!

I have been seeing Dr. Jain for many, many years and was sorry to see her family practice close. In my experience, and those of my daughter, she is an excellant physician and a fine person.

My mother was a patient of Dr. Jain for many years when Dr. Jain had a family medicine office. Dr. Jain always provided comprehensive care, and was up to date on all treatments. Dr. Jain was available immediately when my mother had a serious injury. I would say that Dr. Jain is among the best family physicians in the city. It was a sad day indeed when she closed her family practice to concentrate on breastfeeding. But lucky moms, dads, and babies!

I had her for my 1st pregnancy. I wanted a natural childbirth and she recommended Bradley Method, I agreed and enjoyed it. At my 3rd trimester I started to swell really bad. When I went in for my visits she said my BP was high sitting and okay laying down so she said to go home and rest, when I told her I had to work she ignored the comment and left the room. This happened at EVERY appointment. At one point I was wearing a water shoe 2 sizes too big because it was the only thing I could get on my feet. I went in to show her, got one of her colleagues, and was dismissed as being ‘normal’ without even looking. By time I got to term I was so severe with eclampsia she called me to the hospital and said I couldn’t leave without signing a waiver, what a shock! She then left the hospital and I did not see her again until the next day! I also think she told the OB not to talk to me about other options because he treated me like crap & never asked if I wanted a csection, which I should have had

Dr. Jain has been a godsend to my husband and I, and our new baby daughter. We saw two other doctors before her – both ignored my concerns and symptoms, as well as my baby’s pain, but Dr. Jain actually listened, and had the knowledge to help us find solutions. She is abrupt, but we appreciated the direct clarity particularly when we were exhausted. She knows more about breastfeeding issues and young babies than any professional or any book or any resource available – she is absolutely your go-to doctor for these concerns. Without this doctor, I would not have been able to continue breastfeeding, and my baby would not have had two health issues diagnosed. I’m so incredibly thankful we were told about her by our community health nurse. For anyone posting about punctuality…welcome to the Alberta health care system. Dr Jain does better than most doctors in this system, in my opinion.

Dr. Jain and staff are absolutely wonderful! I saw Dr. Jain as my 3 week old baby had a slight tongue-tie. The procedure was very quick. Dr. Jain also saw me about my mastitis. She was incredibly informative and gave me pertinent information with my best interests in mind. As I was very ill with mastitis, I nearly passed out at the office. Both Dr. Jain and the staff were diligent about ensuring that my baby and I were both well taken care of at the clinic until I was well enough to leave. Their kindness and care are unsurpassed!
