I agree with every rave on this site. Dr Yiu is attentive, caring, smart, a great problem solver and manages complex issues amazingly well. He did an incompetent denture job over again from scratch, explaining step by step, and calling me at home to make sure I was ok. Amazing.

I had an emergency root canal plus crown install (eventually) and I can not emphasize enough what a fantastic dentist he is. He really takes his time to listen to his patients and is very professional. His techniques are on point and he really manages to get the issue resolved with the least discomfort. I really recommend anyone looking for a great dentist to try him out. p.s. he loves Star Wars and Country music and is a cool dad!

Dr. Grant Yiu has made my Christmas wish! After went on the dental procedure, on December 25th, I lost one of my teeth and I got in panic and call and he told me to come over to my office. I couldn't believe that he left his family on a Christmas day to fix my problem. In an hour I came out looking amazing and ready to continue celebrating. He went beyond duties and said to me " we take care of family" you are not a oatience, you become family. Best customer service I had in my life. Thank you doctor for being Santa for me!

Excellent dentist, highly recommend visiting him at Dawson Dental in downtown Toronto. He was very sensitive to my financial position, and went above and beyond to fix substandard work done by another professional so I could avoid more problems later on. He also took care to explain what he planned to do, and to show what he had done after the procedure, and spent time answering the questions I had. He will take the time to build a good patient relationship; and you can trust him to priotize your concerns.

Im from the baby boomer crowd with lots of bad dentist experiences. Dr. Yiu made those nightmares all go away. I would recommend him highly.

Excellent dentist! I had been a patient at this practice for many years and then Dr. Yiu arrived. All I can say is that my experience has been second to none. Exceptional dentist with attention to detail — WiFi, music that you like and netflix to watch if you need to wait for a crown done onsite,! saves time with one appointment and you are done — awesome service. I cannot say enough! If you are looking for a dental experience like you have not had before, go see this Doctor!

Like most people I don’t look forward to a dentist appointment.Dr Yiu is professional but very approachable and friendly, a great community dentist.When I was there yesterday he was holding a” free” mouth guard clinic for kids in sports.I was having a crown applied which usually takes 2 visits but with his “state of the art”technology it was all done in 1 visit,painlessly and $235 cheaper than other crowns I have had, because there is no lab fees!!!! He is a wonderful FAMILY DENTIST!!!

I have been attending this office for the last 36 years and have had several dentists during this period. Dr. Yiu and staff are all very compassionate as I do suffer from anxiety and was very much relaxed during my visit. He really explains things well and does chat with you making you feel very comfortable with the procedure he will perform. I really don’t like changing dentists so I will stick with him as he is the owner instead of going to one of his associates. I would highly recommend Dr. Yiu as well as his employees.

I suffer from anxiety and do not like to go to the dentist at all I usually have medication to take before I go. Recently I had an emergency that forced me to go and I saw Dr. Yiu at Guelph Line Dental. I was so impressed that an average looking office on the outside looked very modern and quite large on the inside. Everybody was friendly and the welcoming feel made me relax right away. Dr. Yiu’s manner and explanations also put me at ease and when he did the work I actually relaxed for the first time at a dental office. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others. Overall an excellent experience, I only wish that I had found this office sooner.
