Didn’t give me the written results from MRI. Called me to tell me not to bother coming in for the follow up and that my disks are ‘getting worse’ and advised I ‘do yoga’. No treatment plan. No pain relief. Said no to my request for numbing injections. After going back for another scan they happened to have my written results. Turns out I had a one bulged disk and two torn disks. He did not tell me that. This information could have been passed onto my GP for pain relief, and a physio to actually help me. Seems like since I wasn’t a candidate for surgery- he didn’t want to waste his time with me. Please inform your clients of their medical conditions so they can get the help and treatment they need. Have since gone to “the back doctor – dr Mark Craig” in Milton. Within 30 minutes I had better care and advice than I have had from anyone previously. Read his reviews and go there instead.

Dr Day spent over an hour with me explaining my condition and the surgery that I needed in great detail. I had my daughter with me who lives overseas. He was lovely to her and answered all her questions regarding my condition. I had seen two other spinal specialists. No one compared to Dr Day. I would trust my life with him and have no worries whatsoever about Dr Day operating on my spine. He is the kindest, most caring doctor I have ever seen. Other medical/nursing and auxillary admin staff also speak very highly of him. There was no arrogance whatosever, just a lovely man. Thank you Dr Day. 🙂
