Dr Rawat is such a fantastic doctor! He saved my life once, but with his quick thinking, I am still here today.

I’ve had a hole in my ear drum for years. Went to see Dr. Rawat who examined my ear and have gave me medication. Told me to come back when the course of antibiotics are done and also made an appointment for me at Mitchells Plain hospital. On the day of the appointment the nurse on duty discovered that the membrane where the whole was had closed up due to the meds which was prescribed by doc. I’ve never been back to him for my ear, but i go to him if I have any medical ailments. I will recommend Dr. Rawat to anyone. Very helpful staff as well

Now this is what I call a real Doctor! Doctor Rawat!
He went beyond the call of duty to ensure that my wife got the best treatment possible, if act, much better that we have ever had from a GP.
He treats his patients more like family than patients, thus giving them the best treatment
possible.
Having visited Doctor in January, he found that my wife had an over active thyroid, he immediately did the blood tests and called me at 10pm that night to advise that she must be referred to GSH. He called and GSH and made the appointment. Now, to me that’s going beyond the call of duty. And after the visit to GSH he called us again to enquire about the outcome. Due to the worsening condition of my wife he again made an appointment for her at GSH on Monday (01/07), where she was put on meds. Doctor Rawat called again to enquire about the outcome.
We explained that she had a throat infection,, due to us not being near the surgery he immediately called Pathcare near where we where to do a white blood cell count as this was one of the side effects of the medication. He called me 10 minutes ago to say that the blood test is okay.
During one of our visits to Doctor Rawat, one of the patients who could not afford a CT scan, Dr called one of the private hospitals and arranged for the scan to be done free of charge.
He also paid for one of the kids blood tests while we were in the surgery out of his own pocket.
Not to mention Dr’s staff, they are excellent at what they do and hold them in high regard.
Doctor Rawat, my wife and I really appreciate the concern that you have shown and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the excellent and knowledge manner which you have treated us. Thank you so much.

Eversince I changed to Dr. Rawat, I had excellent service from him and the ladies infront. I can remember when I very ill, with excessive bleeding, when I visited doctor he sent me for blood test. When the results was out he referred me straight to GSH. Ferial called a few days later to enquire if I am okay. I was admitted and received blood as well. I still attend the Gynae clinic at GSH. My daughter had middle ear infection, took her to the doctor. she had to go to Dr. everyday so he could monitor the progress. I think she went to him for two weeks, until he was happy . Took my grandchild as well that was not well. After paying he gave me a prescription for the pharmacy. Did not have enough funds to get the meds. He gave me money to get the meds, I could go back the end of the month to pay the money. Was diagnosed as a first time diabetes two weeks ago, my glucose reading and blood pressure was high. Sent me to mplain hospital. also mentioned that he wanted feedback. Went back to doctor the Monday, did not receive the proper care that I was suppose to, he called the hospital, and was not impressed. Had to visit Dr for the whole week to monitor my glucose. I am very greatfull for the treatment received for the time I started out with doctor. He will always acknowledge his patients in the waiting room. He is a people’s person, very funny at times. He will ensure that you get the best possible medical attention. He will consider your pocket as well. I recommend Dr. Rawat to anyone. He is a great guy, Thank you Dr. Rawat and staff for being there for me and my family. Love you guys

Dr. Rawat, the gratitude I have for you is great. You have helped me at a time I needed it most and when no.one else could.
I am Feroza and has been diagnosed with anxiety and depression.
After having had a bad week and tried getting through it on my own, the Saturday was just too much and I had no one to turn to. After searching in my mind who I can call before hurting myself to a point of no return or losing my mind, I called Dr. Rawat. He spoke so kindly and gently to me. He then managed to arrange for me to be admitted at the hospital to get the necessary help and get me out from that space I was in.
Dr. Rawat’s practice was already closed, after my attempt to call him, but still returned my called after hearing my situation on his voicemail. What a great Dr he is. How many doctors would have done that, especially not even having visited his practice on that day… But just by calling due to my fear also of leaving the house. (That’s what anxiety does to you).
Then he did even more than that, after I was admitted, he contracted the hospital to enquire about my state and keeping track of the process. Dr even asked to speak to me, and asked if I’m being treated well.
By the time I got to the emergency unit it was already quite well into the evening.
I greatful to you Dr
Rawat. You are one in a million, you care and extend your proffetional help beyond expectations.
