Worst dr i have seen in my life. No respect for patients time. Takes 6 months to get an appointment and he tries to finish in 5 minutes. Also he insists that you use his particular medical supply shop and makes you wait 1 hour without any hint of apology.

Seen Dr. Nesbitt and his staff today, and much to my dismay . He was excessively overbooked, and I was left sittng in the hallway for over one hour, as were other patients. He does not have the facitilties to accomodate the patient flow that he has scheduled. Many patients are aging , with foot and leg problems, yet are left standing or sitting for over an hour despite being on time for their appointments. Dr Nesbitt is very focused on the wound itself, and does acknowledge that their is a worried patient attached to that leg. He actually scared me with his many facial conformities, and no communication otherwise. I believe his knowledge base is very superior to that of that of the general practitoner, and he knows exactly what course of action to take. However, since I have three sisters who are Rn’s, I was extremely alarmed to witness unsterile technique performed by his staff regarding my wound dressing, as this office is a breeding ground for introduction of various bacterium.

No acknowledgement that a human being was attached to the foot; No eye contact, no opportunity for discussion. I wouldn’t go back.

I saw Dr. Nesbitt 4 times and was on time (early) for each appointment. Each time I waited over 1 hour to see him for 5-10 minutes. There is absolutly NO privacy in the office. One time he called a patient’s doctor from the reception area and everyone heard the entire conversation. I am disgusted with his office. Discussing my problems in a room full of people is not my idea of visiting a doctor. He has absolutly no bedside manner. I have since gone to see another doctor and was thrilled at being seen in a private room.

Dr Nesbitt’s office is no more crowded or tardy than any other Specialist GP in the City, especially when you consider the number of folks requiring his services. I suspect he is an INTJ on a Myers Briggs scale – wants to do good work, address problems and sees little value in pointless chit chat. I want good care not sparkling conversation and I get it. At the same time he is quite good with this elderly patients in getting them to understand their role in treatment. I do not want a doctor who spend most of his time in idle blather instead of getting work done. His staff are excellent and provide the social back and forth to the patients. In my several years of preventative care at his office I have seldom seen an unhappy patient.

Dr Nesbitt has been fairly quick at seeing me time wise, but his manner is uncommunicative, he doesnt really seem to have any interest attached to the human behind the foot. The open air concept of having everyone see your feet and hear your discussions is awful. He really has no interest in ‘listening’ to the patient and after seeing him 5 + times my foot is in the same condition as when I first saw him. He now maintains I need the pain clinic, when in fact I am sure I have tendon issues, my request that he checked the tendons was met with an outright refusal. One more appointment and I will also be seeking help elsewhere. I am feeling that dr nesbitt believes the solutions for everything lies with his very expensive orthotics and if you arent willing or able to have those, he loses total intrest in you as a person or patient
