I had an appointment at 8:30 in the morning. I was 10 minutes early. After sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes, I approached the front counter and asked if I had the correct time. The receptionist validated my 8:30 appointment but told me Dr Nesbitt was handling an emergancy. I told her that I have another appointment at 9:30 She told me she would tell the nurses. She did not tell the nurses and at 9:10 I walked out. This typ of service and behavior is unacceptable. First, upon checking in I should have been notified of the delay. Secondly, the receptionist did not notify any nursing staff. Third, no appology. This is simply unacceptable. The Dr walked by me at least 10 times, no appologies also....I would never go back nor would I recommend using this clinic. I did notify my family Dr who was shocked and appologetic for the poor behavior of Dr Nesbitt's office.

Have never seen overbooking like this before in my life, Dr Nesbitt must be one of the highest billing medical professionals in Alberta. And from the state of his exam room (it’s just one big room with a few curtain dividers), he’s not putting the money back into his practice. Run down, dank and kinda dirty. Also, he’s not an actual ‘podiatrist’, but simply a GP who likes feet. After first appointment (with nearly 90 minutes spent in the overflowing waiting area), wasn’t impressed but wanted to give him second chance. Second appointment, came to the realization that there’s just something ‘off’ with both Nesbitt and the way his practice is run. Not going back. BTW, his prescribed treatment didn’t work, my current podiatrist simply smirked and shaked his head when I said I had previously gone to Nesbitt.

Tried to call to postpone an appointment and got the message that they were a very busy clinic, just let the phone ring until they can answer it. [!?] Rang for 40 minutes til 5 minutes after closing time. Hung up, called again: “Our office is now closed”. [##!?] Wow. Decided to stick with the booked appointment, returned from being off-grid in BC especially for this appointment and got a phone message that they’d cancelled the appointment because I hadn’t confirmed I’d be there. Called. “Press 5 to speak to reception”. “Key is not valid”. Tried again. Got through. Told the receptionist about the Press 5 problem. Was corrected. No, it says press 4. Get the story about no shows, offers me a rebooking weeks later when I’m out of the country. At this point all the on-line complaints about unprofessional office and clinical practices reach the critical mass and I bail, breathing a sigh of relief that my ordeal is over before the ordeal of lateness and overcrowding could begin. Seriously, hire a specialist to run some diagnostics and suggest ways to fix this unprofessional and troubled practice.
