She is an OK doctor. Not super interested in her patients, but that’s almost a norm, right?
It’s hard to book an appointment with her. Her secretary often doesn’t know her schedule, and you need to call again, as she wouldn’t call you.

Desk is rude. Doctor is on vacation every two weeks. You call beginning of one month to book an appointment and the only appointment available is the next month even if it’s urgent they ask you to email your problem to a general info email.. No care for patients

Seems to be in it for the money. Doesn’t really care much about the person

Has too many patients now. Office staff is very rude. Very hard to get in touch with the office and
hard to get a referral to a specialist.

THIS DOCTOR IS DISHONESRT. I waited over two hours to see her. Upon being called into the examing room she degraded me and rushed me out of the door. She lacks good bed side manner. She gives me a strong impression that she's only in medicine for the money.

After spending years without a family GP I am so grateful to have found Dr.Todd. She is the first doctor I've ever had who takes all my concerns seriously and sends me to the appropriate specialists. She is so incredibly friendly and down to earth- she always asks about your family and I feel I can be completely open with her. You do end up waiting a bit longer to see her but that's because she takes the time to really talk to her patients and never rushes anyone out the door so it's worth the wait. I don't think she's accepted more patients than she can afford to see.

It's too bad that the doctor cares more about how much of $$$$ to can make and not about more the patient.

Dr. Todd was there when I needed her! and I am so glad. She is now my husbands dr. too. It was very hard to replace our previous family dr. - but finely we have someone we trust, respect and know is on top of all the latest medicine. She is non-judgemental and even makes my service dog feel welcome ;) She listens to everything you say, and how you say it... and in turn will provide you with insight and kind support. I felt like I would never find someone to take over for my now retired doctor of 17 years... but I did and I'm so glad she is part of our health care. Great receptionist too - who is so sweet - also made my service dog feel like she was part of everything and very welcome (this is not always case I've found). I love that they can back up their dialog with a private email to you if you need it.
