Dr Judith Todd is wonderful caring brilliant Dr. She gives so much from herself to the patients. She is so on top everything and remembers everything about my health chart even if a year has been since last check up. She goes out of her way calling her patients when they need a li'l mode support . I am so so gratefull tl have her as my Dr. I felt very reassured when covid hit and I was doing lots of pregnancies test everything was closed or being shutdown and she helpd book appointments for specialists and just held my hand the whole way I felt heard and care for and this is exactly what a Dr should give it's patients. Reassuring confidence that there getting the best care possible. The clinic is alway tip top clean and organised! Waiting for a Dr is very normal in every clinic a Dr shouldn't rush his patients out without fully understanding it's patients concerns and having it's patients fully understanding a treatment or any other information they need to be aware of. I personally never waited more then 5 minutes but this may happen and it is very common and normal. Regarding the secretary she is amazing!! Punctual she calla back super quick and books you an appointment and cares so much also for the patients! I'm very blessed to have found this clinic.

Never available and her receptionist never answers my calls. If I need my doctors help it shouldn’t be this hard to just reach her on the phone and make an appointment.

I agree with the comments written February 13, 2019. It is sad because she has a caring disposition and her care has slided over the years. She doesn’t know who you are even if you have been going there for many years. You have to repeat your health history and she is always entering information about you but does not refer to them or seems to not remember any information about you.

Dr Todd used to be an amazing doctor. She has a great bedside manner but over the years the quality has diminished. It’s in no doubt that her practice has grown and she’s extremely busy, but sometimes I think the dip in care borders on negligence.
For instance, most doctors will call you over abnormal lab results but not only will Dr Todd not call you, she won’t know about them until you are seated in front of her and she’s reviewing your notes, and sometimes serious issues will have fallen through the cracks. She will do nothing to guide you, instead referring you to the Internet. Nor does she seem to review notes from specialists. I once asked her to clarify some things for me from a specialist and she told me the notes were too complex for her to understand on the spot- telling me instead to call the specialist back and ask them to “talk slowly”. Dr Todd looks like a deer caught in headlights whenever there is anything legitimately wrong with you and that puts the onus entirely on the patient to maneuver through medical terms and health care strategies that should, ideally, be lead by a medical professional. Every time I call to make an appointment I have to legitimize my reasons for wanting to see her to the secretary who then deems whether it’s warranted or not. I’m really not one to make an appointment unless I’m really stuck and to have an appointment denied by someone who is not even a medical professional is devastating. I will be seeking treatment elsewhere. It breaks my heart to leave because Dr Todd really does have a caring disposition. I just think that she’s taken on more patients than she can handle and I no longer feel secure under her care.
