    Terrible Doctor was at Emerge for 7 hrs and did not even come and see me sent his apprentice instead

    I’m so tired of having lim as my family doctor. Not helpful and takes an eternity to get in to see him. The only time he takes me seriously is if I bring my mother to the appointment (I’m 30 years old)

    Dr. Lim didn’t bother letting my mother know that her iron levels were horrifically low. Despite having her blood work in his hands, it wasn’t until a Dr. in Sudbury noticed and shockingly exclaimed “i honestly don’t know how you’re standing up right now” that we were made aware. At 16, he prescribed me with an antidepressant that he chose based off of a 10 question SURVEY. He didn’t even talk to me at all. CLEARLY someone is being paid to hand out prescriptions. Additionally, I went in for jaw problems which he decided he needed to touch MY STOMACH to get an answer for. I was told that my reoccurring jaw issues would just “go away” on their own. It’s been 3 years since that appointment, my jaw is now permanently locked. A true disgrace to the medical community. I will never be returning to the office.

    You have to feel sorry for his receptionist, she must really need the money. He made me wait 6 months to get a referral to see a specialist for headaches. He told another MD that he didn’t think anything was wrong with me, take Tylenol was his advice. Three weeks after seeing a specialist, my headaches were under control.

    Worst doctor EVER!! He should not be practicing nor should he even have his licence. Horrible horrible doctor. He doesn’t give a damb about his patients. Shame on timmins for ignoring the horrible things he does .. hes a disgrace to all doctors

    he as been my Dr.for years hes always around when you need him. very friendly, very good bedside manners.

    Been on "WARFARIN"anti coagulant for some time.He will not let me monitor it by my getting results from lab. .He gets results , but at one time at least , I had appointment for other reason , and when looking in my file saw that last month my dose should have been increased , but I was not notified .I have never been notified re my state . He does not care about the well being of his patients . It is all strictly money, that he is concerned about . My Wife has fybromyalgia and had a lot of pain in her feet and legs , very much difficulty to walk , so I (her husband ) went to pick up prescription . He charged me $10.00 for every prescription I picked up . Definitely not a good conscientious doctor interested in the well being of his patients .I rated him on time because he sees one patient while the receptionist writes out 2, 3 or more prescriptions , which he signs between patients that he sees for minutes . There is very little waiting it's a production (MONEY) line

    Dr. Lim recently treated my elderly father after a visit to the emergency room where my dad was seen by the attending surgeon who explained the tests showed advanced cancer but had to refer him to his family doctor. I wish I could send this response to Dr. Lim and have him see what his patients think of him. My father only received adequate minimal information and his cancer is terminal but he is still very active and works doing physical labour 8-10 hours a day. The only way we received attention was haphazzardly when my mother visited her doctor for a check-up and told him about my father. He asked if he could look at the file and then asked for Dr. Lim's permission to treat him. Things are moving along and we know this will not cure him but al least somebody cared enough to answer questions and to help. Dr. Lim is a DISGRACE to his profession and I only hope I find a way to get him to visit this site.

    this doctor only likes to prescribe medication and not look at the well being of the patient. When u go there for a slip or something he gives you a hard time but when its for medication he hands it to you in 5 seconds. what's that? Being diagnost with depression (from another doctor)dr.Lim NEVER asked how u are doing or feeling but is quick at giving out the medication. I had to go and see another doctor because my condition was getting worst and he just didnt care to change my medication but to only up the dosage, after 2 yrs of being depressed finally one doctor changed my medication and im doing very well now, why couldnt this happen 2 yrs ago? just shows how closely he really looks after his patients. He doesnt give out repeats because he wants to make money every month. All it is for him is a money making thing, what happened to the patient care? This doctor shouldnt be practicing any longer.

    Dr.Lim is an absolute disgrace and brings shame to the word dr...I can go in his office and tell him whats wrong and befor i finish he has a perscription ready for me..not only that u can never get in to see him...u call and get a darn answereing service that says to call after..I mean is bad enough he is a crappy dr...but come on at least hire decent enough staff to make the appointments...I sometimes feel that haveing him as my family dr is the worst thing for my health not once has he checked my blood pressure wich was diagnosed by a heart specialist after going to emerge ...but he sits thier and tells me i dont have it...he is so focused on money and his new cosmetic surgery ..i dont know who would want this man trying to improve thier appearence when the man cant not even do what he went to school for (family dr)...he is more worried about how many perscriptions he can right and how much $$$ he can bring in for the day..even dr at the emerg roll thier eyes when u mention his name.
