My breasts looked terrible after Dr Fathimani got through with them. The breast where the lump had been removed was noticeably smaller than the other and there was an indentation above where the lump was removed. He also left a 3 inch scar to remove a fingernail size lump. How my breasts would look after surgery was never discussed with me. Now I find out there is a two year waiting list for publicly funded cosmetic breast surgery. I am so angry! I can’t believe the breast program refers refers anyone to this doctor.

Kamran Fathimani is a garden variety University of Alberta graduate with the ego of a Harvard Medical School alumnus. Someone in the healthcare system needs to beam him down to earth!

I didn’t like Dr. Fathimani. His knowledge of my disease was not current, he did not fully disclose the results of my pathology report, and he averted eye contact in face to face discussion. He was more than 30 minutes late for two of four scheduled appointments. His assistant was reliable and efficient with scheduling. I would only return to Dr. Fathimani for future surgical needs if I was unconscious and suffering traumatic injury.
