She is a very good MD and person! But, between my husband and I, we've recently had appointments booked and at the last minute on 3 separate occasions have been called by her staff and our appointments are re-booked for weeks ahead, again. She is harder to see since taking a promo. Her advancement in the Faculty of Medicine/Dentistry is having an adverse effect on her practice - it is being noticed by her patients.

She is the best family doctor. Period.
Caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable.
Strong derm background but is amazing at everything family medicine related.

I can’t say she is the best doctor but she did help me when I was in for Sciatic and hip replacement. I was also diagnosed with type 2 diabeties 3 to 4 years ago. Almost 2 months after covid hit, I went to go see her for a scheduled appointment. I ended up with a nutritionalist telling me what I should and should not eat to keep staying healthy and to keep my blood sugar lower than 7.0. At this time of visit, my blood sugar was right around 8.6, I believe. I cracked down upon myself to eat as healthy as I possibly could and I stopped taking the prescrition pills that were given to me by the pharmacist because I had run out. From the middle of May, last year of 2020 till now, I have not taken another pill, lost 20 lbs, and I test my blood sugar level every second day and it has been right around 7.0 to 7.5 and staying steady. Only once it has gone up around 8.0 but that is when I was out camping fall of 2020 and I drank a bottle of wine. Back in May of 2020 Dr. Linda smith tried calling me several times but every time I tried answering, the call would drop and the number was unlisted. I don’t know what the issue was but I would call the doctors office to confirm that she had called or will be calling and this would happen. I was taking the prescription pills for approximately 3 years. Now it has been 8 months without taking 1 pill. I actually feel better and living the life I want but eating better and healthier as well.

I have never seen Dr. Smith before but my sister calls me crying after every appointment. my sister once raved about her compassion and attentiveness, now like so many reviews I’ve read she says the same. Rude, mean, swears, scolds you, talks down to you. Apparently constantly just goes to the computer and prints stuff off when you ask for help. My sister says she is cold, and she always feels judged. Has said CBD for pain management has “no science backing it”. My sister had been asking to reduce her pain meds so we can get off them, yet it seems that Dr. Smith doesn’t want this and continues to push the meds. ZERO help to get off a narcotic pain pill, and won’t hear her out or consult with a specialist about CBD as a method of pain management. She should be ashamed of herself for how she treats people. Yes, my sister should write this review for herself.. but I’m writing it because she’s literally SCARED of her. Shame on you Linda Smith
