A wonderful and caring doctor, I wouldn't want to see anyone else. She took care of my acne at the Nakatsui Derma centre, I highly recommend her.

I have been with Dr Smith for over 7 years and I love her. All my apts are Sun afternoon's which is awesome as I never miss work. I'm never upset when she refers me to other Dr's as there's always a reason behind her referrals. My latest referral was to get a Bone Density Test as I've been on the Depo shot for years. Im on a new weight loss med and she said she's sorry to hear I'm having issues kick starting a diet. I had issues sleeping and prescribed a med for a decent nights sleep. Dr Smith always reminds me that I'm a strong women and have been thru a lot and I always come out on top. I've never had a Dr be so sympathetic and remember my medical history including family issues. I will never go to another Dr unless she retires as I trust her with my life. She's also asked about my Kidney Stones and treatments as I was her only kidney stone patient. I was able to give her my early history so she would be on the right path with current kidney stone patients. I have had to go on a couple medical ei's and understood the anxiety and bullying I was going thru. Dr. Smith made sure I didn't go into a deep depression and addressed my needs in the best possible way!! Thanks Dr Smith...my angels made sure I was in good hands with you. A Dr who supports you is a Dr you need on your side.

She is the best family doctor. Period. Caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Strong derm background but is amazing at everything family medicine related.

Dr Smith is amazing, and I feel so fortunate she is my family doctor. I have a chronic disease requiring ongoing medical attention, and Dr Smith is always caring, compassionate, attentive and thorough. She always does her best to ensure I get all of the help I might need. She even once told me during a really rough patch that if I needed to borrow hope, I could borrow some of hers. She is highly knowledgeable, consistent, thorough, and the Alberta medical system is blessed to have doctors such as her on board. I believe that her reasons for choosing her profession stem from an honest desire to help people feel and become well, and she is doing so with every patient she sees.

I feel like I’m going to a medicentre now. Dr. Smith has really changed and doesn’t seem to have time for you. She used to be very caring and now seems to get annoyed easily. She looks everything up online and prints out what you can find yourself. She’s does’t seem concerned about patients anymore, just seems to “show up” and do as little as possible. She does walk-ins (much like a medicentre). The staff at reception are cold & uncaring. I feel worse coming out of an appointment than going in.

Dr Smith has been my Dr for many years, she’s great. She’s very intelligent, kind and caring. It’s sad that she retiring, I’m sure I’ll never find a Dr that feel this comfortable and confident in.
