Dr Millstein has never been on time for an appointment. She is always at least 30 minutes or more late and the workers at the front desk have a very poor attitude. Dr. Millstein has sent me out to sit in the waiting room multiple times after a patient has called her and says to the patient I will talk with you I just need to send my patient out to the waiting room. I am here for an appointment and I expect to be paid attention to in that time, but she takes priority over her patients in the room which she will be talking to them for another hour or more. Do not go to this doctor she is a waste of time.

I feel such immense gratitude for the steps Lisa took to make sure I received the best care possible, when my health crisis came up in the middle of a pandemic and a health care system that you can get lost in. She went above and beyond, used every resource she had, and it’s purely because of her that I had my good outcome. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I don’t use the word hero very often but Dr. Millstein is my hero. She saved me. She may not always be on time but she cares and takes the time to make sure I understand and makes sure I am being taken care of. I would highly recommend her if you want a hands on doctor. If only she could fix teeth…..

Dr Millstein is the absolute worst doctor.
Took her 8 days to call me back. She had my rest results for 4 days and never called me.
Her staff is rude, no one calls back. Receptionist gave partial test results which was so unprofessional and then had no way to get in touch with Dr Millstein.
Dr Millstein should not be looking after any patients. She is rude, dismissive and has no idea how to assist patients who are not feeling well. She ignores all of the questions and requests.
I am looking for a new doctor right away

Dr. Millstein is caring and thorough. I appreciate that she is willing to check with others if she is not sure on a diagnosis. She listens to you and doesn’t give up.

Rude and condescending, jumps to a conclusion that patients know nothing. It’s okay if she calls her kids, nanny or texts but god forbid if you mention that is another health issue she will rudely interrupt and remind you to book another appointment. Rushes through the appointments most of the time because she is late. I wish someone can teach her how compassionate, attentive, calm and polite doctors are meant to be. There is always a reminder of annual fees. Please respect and listen to your patients.
