Caring doctor. Never been more than 5 min late to see me. Couldn’t be happier.

I have been fortunate to have Dr. Millstein as my GP now for several years. She is the most conscientious, caring, attentive, detailed oriented physician who goes out of her way to provide excellent quality professional health care and I am grateful that she accepted me as a patient. She has managed my complex health issues and consulted with my specialists as she is hands on and interested in providing the best care possible. Several of my specialists have commented on what a good physician she is and how lucky I am to have her overseeing my health needs. Her office staff are always professional, competent and courteous. Dr. Millstein follows up regularly and goes that extra mile without always being able to bill for it. My family and friends have witnessed how exceptional and competent she is. Although I have never experienced any lengthy delays in appointments, I would not care as she takes the time that is necessary with each of her patients. The rare ocassion when she accepted a call during my visit had no negative impact on my treatment or service and that will never change. Dr. Millstein is empathetic, qualified and has a good reputation. She is highly respected in the health care field and I prefer to trust the reviews provided by medical professionals who have seen first hand her competence and the exceptional level of care she provides to patients.

Dr. Millstein and staff are very unprofessional. The clerical staff are rude and Dr. Millstein is ALWAYS late. She answers personal phone calls during the appointment and talks to her family while she is on a phone appointment with you. She works 2 days a week and is taking advantage of the covid situation. Everyone goes to work but a medical professional is staying home due to covid. Good luck trying to book a medical appointment with those hours. If you value your time and sanity, do not go to this doctor.
