Dr. Duncan is unbelievable. She has made this experience so comfortable. Very helpful, punctual. Goes above and beyond for patients! Answers all my questions thourouly. She has given me her undivided attention and doesn't rush from patient to patient. Highly recommend her.

Simply Orthodontics and Dr.Duncan are fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients. I am currently half way through my orthodontic treatment and could not be happier with the results. Dr. Duncan is always available to answer questions and support me during my treatment. I recommend Dr.Duncan for anyone seeking orthodontic treatment and will defiantly refer others here.

We visited the office for the first time last week. It was a lovely experience. The office is very warm and welcoming - the physical space and the people! Our boys definitely had a positive first experience with the orthodontist - thank you. As a mom, I appreciated being informed regarding the procedures, seeing the "green" initiatives, digital x-ray, and the philosophy of whole wellness. As boys will be boys, they enjoyed making faces with funny instruments, seeing their mouth on the big screen, the bean bag chairs, the slippers and snacks, and the bracelets. We found Dr. Duncan to be informative and helpful.

I have known Dr. Marguerite Duncan for more than four years. She had her office in Millwoods way back in 2008, when she was our sons' dentist. We were staying in Millwoods at that time. In 2012, we moved to the west side of the city. When our old son was ready for braces, we visited other dentists in the west. They are many there. But we had hard time getting one in whom we would trust. No one muched Dr. Duncan as far as patient treatment is concerned. She has an attitude that foretells a healing to the patient. She talks and treats patients as she would her own child. And for sure her treatment is magic in healing. Those qualities made us trust Dr. Duncan to a point that we had to go back to Millwoods from west edmonton to look for her for the braces of our son. When we were told that she moved to the west, we rejoiced and hunted for her office. She treated our son great. If it were mine to grade Dr. Duncan's services in her Orthodontcs offices, I would grade BEST

Dr. Duncan is very knowledgeable and professional. I am a dental assistant in the orthodontic field and trust that my childern are get the best possible care. Her staff is friendly and treat my children as if they were their own. I can't say enough about how happy we are! :-)

Dr. Duncan and her staff are wonderful! She provided everything my daughter needed to be successful in her own cleaning and care including detailed instructions on use and care. The staff were always smiling and very thorough and patient with procedures. The office staff took the time to explain what I had to do for my dental insurance. Dr. Duncan is very devoted to the success of her patients, explaining what she was doing and how she was going to do it. She even provided a mouth guard for my daugher to help prevent complications that might have occured while she played on sports teams. The office was always very welcoming and pleasent. I liked that Dr. Duncan was also concerned about the environment and used equipment and products to aid in this. All of their beautiful smiles and fantastic work put a beautiful smile on my daughter’s face and mine.

I would like to say thank you to an amazing staff of Simply Orthodontic. Our many thanks, in particular, go to Dr. Duncan. It was with a reason that we followed you, Dr. Duncan, from South to this very place.  Our son, who could not bite food nor could he smile among others, wore braces for only one and a half years.  He bites food with ease, smiles proudly and his teeth can meet so well. Â
May everyone who has similar problem visit this wonderful doctor. Â One thing is true, you will be happy you did.

Dr Duncan is a highly competent orthodontist. From the time I walked into her office a year ago, I have been delighted with the professionalism, enthusiasm, skill with which my treatment has been taken care of. Her staff are the best – from Lisa at the front desk to her assistants – they all genuinely care about you! I used to think the phrase “feeling more confident with your smile” was an overrated term but now I know from the progress over the last year. She is not only great with kids but also with “kids at heart” like me. I have recommended her to my daughter and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to you. If you take the time to meet up with her and her team you will see for yourself why she is the very best. When I needed help with some unexpected pain she even offered to come in over the Christmas holidays to take care of it. Now that is truly the mark of a person that loves her work and cares about her patients! Thank you Dr D and your team!

I found Dr. Duncan to be a joy to work with. She works very well with young children. She took the time to explain the treatment options and schedule for my daughter. I highly recommend her without hesitation!
