Dr. Tomy is a remarkable woman. I am so surprised she doesn't have more reviews on here! She is busy and I can tell she has a heavy patient load, but she is flexible and works around your schedule as needed. I have never had to wait for my appointment, it is always right on time. She is able to explain such complicated things with such ease. She is very professional and creates very appropriate patient/doctor boundaries, yet is very nice and friendly and gives off a calming effect. Even if you cannot get in to see her, it is worth giving her office a call as they will get you in contact with someone who is accepting new patients. I feel extremely fortunate to have been referred to her. You will never feel judged or looked down upon in her office. And her therapy style? She is able to react according to the situation. Some days I do all the talking and just want her to listen. And she listens amazingly. Other days I need the complete opposite and she is able to do that as well. :)

Dr. Tomy is empathetic, reassuring, and so very smart. She dealt well with a crisis situation, was sensitive to my fears about possible treatments, and made useful suggestions not only about medications but about other ways to alleviate my illness. Her office is warm and soothing.

She is kind, empathetic, client-centred, and validating. You can feel comfortable saying anything to her and her not judging you. She is the best psychiatrist that I have ever had. She is accommodating and does her research on alternative treatments or potential helpful programs.

I was not an easy patient to work with. Nadia was always sincere, engaging, committed and inclusive. I felt safe and motivated while working with her.

Dr. Tomy is the absolute best psychiatric physician I have ever known. She is kind, genuine, helpful and incredibly thoughtful. Her comprehensive approach to medication means she finds the best solution possible for the patient. Dr. Tomy is an incredible physician.
