Have been with Dr Sathi from day one and I too must comment upon the gradual decline in service. The veneer of concern/interest in my health seems to run pretty thin nowadays. A visit to the doctor is usually scheduled as a last resort ie when I feel I really have no other option. She is aware of this yet I still feel the depth of her diagnosis is lacking. NEXT one through the turnstile please !! I am about to change my GP as one of us has to take a step up in medical care ! Sorry Dr Sathi but enough is enough. Oh yes, a change at the front of the house might help too. Bickering and confusion tend not to make one feel that one is in the best of hands!!!

Had been going for decades and my children since they were born. My eldest was having problems with anxiety during university so did not go to the doctor or anywhere, just trying to get through school. After graduating my child wished to seek help with her depression and anxiety and when i called the secretary was RUDE and told me she was no longer a patient.
Very disappointing and sad. Will now take the whole family elsewhere

She is busy like all family docs and that is not her fault. But she is wonderful, intelligent, knowledgeable. She has been my doctor for 20 years.

a very unpleasant doctor , lacks a great deal of professionalism and made me as a patients feel like I was imposing on her time

I have been seeing Dr. Sathi since the beginning of her practice. If I’ve ever had to wait, it is because I came in late by even 5 minutes. In order to stay on time, they will see people who were there before me and early for their appointment. I’ve never waited longer than 20 minutes and even then rarely. She is a great doctor who gives great care.

She needs a lesson in time management. Appointments always start a half hour after the scheduled time, on a good day. On a bad day, you will wait up to an hour for a 5 minute appointment. Frustrating to say the least.
