I am so thankful a friend introduced me to Dr. Naftolin. After two unsuccessful surgeries by an Orthopedic surgeon I was once again at the stage where everyday life was painful.
My bunion removal and foot reconstruction surgery was four weeks ago and I think I’ve died and gone to heaven! Dr. Naftolin is a wonderful man and an amazing surgeon. I only wish I had made the decision to have this procedure years ago and I can’t wait to have my second foot done!

I don’t know where to begin. Dr Neil Naftolin has completely changed my life. I had bunion surgery on my foot several years ago that l ended up left with a foot that within two or so years became completely deformed. To the point of struggling to wear a shoe. Dr Naftolin’s colleague (Sylvia Kovari chiropodist)had recommended I see him, sure that he’d be able to help.
I’ve been on a waiting list for salvage repair surgery with prominant surgeon (waiting 1 1/2 yrs so far of up to 3 yrs wait)
This surgery I was warned would be extremely painful, 6 month recovery and pins that would leave my toes unbendable.
Well Neil examined my foot, took days and told me he thought he could help.
That was 3 weeks ago. My surgery was 1 1/2 weeks ago. When he finished my surgery and I saw what he did, tears came to my eyes. I have a wonderful new foot, I walked out of his office, no crutches, I had so little discomfort during recovery that pain meds weren’t needed.
Today stitches came out and I wore a pair of sandals for the first time in absolutely years. I just love my new foot. And can’t thank Neil enough.
I wish I could put my before and after oh here.. but if any patient of Neil’s would like to see them I’d be happy for that to happen.
I was in the gym one morning and a lady looked at my foot and said..oh my God what happened to your foot!!
Now I will be happy to go out in sandals 😁

Thanks to Dr Naftolin, my foot is finally pain-free! I have had a bunion for years and I could barely walk. Dr Naftolin performed a minimal incision surgery on my toe to correct the bunion. Eight weeks after the surgery and I am walking pain free. Its amazing. I am so happy. Thank you Dr. You are the best! Very gentle and I will be going back for my other bunion.

After unsuccessful surgery by an orthopedist, decided to go to a podiatrist for my bunion.
Dr. Naftolin was one of the few podiatrists who does this type of surgery.
He described what was needed, how he would proceed and answered all my questions in a professional and honest way.
The surgery went well and now my toe actually looks “normal.”
His office staff were also helpful and made what could have been an unpleasant experience quite comfortable.
I highly recommend Dr. Naftolin and would seek his help with any other type of foot related problem.

Thanks to Neil, my foot is finally pain-free! Over a course of 5 years I had several foot surgeries done by an orthopedic surgeon…one bunion surgery that led to many complications, including a non-union joint and an extremely painful lump of bone forming under my second metatarsal toe. Neil performed a minimal incision surgery on my toe to correct the plantar pressure lump issues. Six weeks after the surgery and I am back to hiking, swimming and exercising for the first time in years without any pain. I am so happy. Thank you Neil. You are the best!
