I have been suffering for over a year with nerve issues and after his chronological investigation, he found what my symptoms I have are related to. At first he seemed a bit distracted, but I seen it as him assessing the situation that had been avoided by other over a year+. His assessment and diagnosis has made more sense than any prior professional and even though it wasn't in the direction I was hoping, he was very informative and comforting with range of knowledge. I honestly wish I had seen him before all the other professionals because my issues might not have been so extreme. Essentially this practitioner is a step above and has an unbelievable level of resources inside him that he confidently shares, and even if the news is sour, he still makes a patient feel positive in growth and potential recovery. One of the beat specialists I have seen yet and his neurological background made me confident of his assessment. Thank you Dr Roberts, I am blessed that your knowledge helps with my therapy and piece of mind moving forward.

Dr. Roberts is a nice combination of firm but gentle. He is easy to talk to and great at communicating a diagnosis or prcedure in a way that is easy to understand. He is a patient and thorough with his examination which may cause him to run late but certainly worth the wait. I suspect that he really likes people. - Gerry Hayes VP HR Sobeys (Retired)

Actually listened and took the time to diagnose me when no other doctor had, and many were very dismissive.

After reading some of the comments, I was worried. I found Dr. Roberts is nice. I was anxious at the beginning of the meeting, but I could relax later. I am not sure if he talked quietly and/or I couldn't get used to his accent, I wasn't sure if he has a habit of talking to himself out loud. So, this might make other commenters think Dr. Roberts didn't listen to them. I appreciated that he read my prepared notes as I have a memory problem, said the things slow and repeated 2 to 3 times so that I was able to remember during the test.

I saw Dr . Roberts for an assessment of a nerve injury I have had fir the past three years. He was incredibly thorough , friendly very patient as he answered my questions and listened to me when I spoke . His exam was thorough and identified things that were developing in other areas as a result of my injury. I was extremely pleased with his demeanor and professionalism. I left feeling very good about the next steps forward for me. I highly recommend him!!

I Had a appointment a few years a go i felt that Dr Roberts was more interested in getting the appointment over with then listening to me i thought that. Dr. Roberts was very unprofessional in the appointment. I felt like i was being treating like a child in that appointment.

I have yet to receive any diagnosis. However, He is the first Dr who actually took the time to listen and decide to investigate. I am grateful for his time and willingness to help. The staff is friendly and helpful. I find he listened, he looked at past records of health. To me that is all I ask from a Dr, listen, and help the patient if needed.

I have never seen a more disrespectful, unconcerned and incompetent physician in my life. As soon as he walked into the room he did not bother listening to my symptoms and completed disregarded any of my concerns. I left that appointment with no new information on my condition and no reassurance.

My late husband was seeing him for years. The doctor never put in enough effort to find out what was wrong with him. Went to an appointment and Dr. Roberts seemed more concerned about other issues and not my husband. When my late husband was in the hospital, the hospital called Dr. Roberts and they were shocked at his behaviour so they ended up getting another neurologist to examine my husband. My husband ended up passing away from a neurological disorder. Last time Dr. Roberts was asked about my husband, he stated no change and he will see him in 2 years. (didn’t even examine him) He died less then 2 years later at 46.
