Dr. Weiler is one in a million. He’s kind, caring and compassionate. Treated like a person not a number from the moment I checked in with his secretary. When sitting in the waiting room to see him, I hear patients talking about their success in their hip or knee replacement. Even though I didn’t need surgery at this time I never felt I was pushed to do it anyway like some surgeons out there. His secretary was also very professional and kind to all the patients. When I’m ready for surgery I’m no doubt making sure I come to Dr Weiler. Highly recommend this doctor. Heard he is the best.

I am very grateful to Dr. Weiler. It took two years of knee pain and weakness in my thighs to finally get a hip x ray that showed osteoarthtritis had taken my hip away and Dr. Weiler gave me a new one in December. I was walking within days and within a couple months was taking regular 3km walks at a brisk pace without a cane. He also has an engineering background which is a great perk in an orthopaedic surgeon since there is so much uncertainty about new technologies that are changing so quickly. I was impressed with his surgical team and his anaesthetist in particular who gave me a local spinal anaesthetic and it worked like magic. I was very nervous about that. Dr. Weiler is a skilled surgeon, is able to answer questions–sometimes even with humour–and made me feel like a person with a problem he could solve, as opposed to a number he could check off a list. I don’t need to like my surgeon, but it is a very nice experience to be cut open by someone I trust AND like as a person as well. This was my first experience in a hospital since I was born and it couldn’t have gone any better than it did. Thank you Dr. Weiler and your terrific team!

Absolutely terrible! I got bad knee pain many years. Then to wait hours for my appointment only to tell me he can’t do anything for me.
