Dr. Herget has always taken the time to listen and investigate my health concerns. He’s so knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve never had a bad experience with him or his front desk gentleman Kelly. He’s been the best family doctor I’ve ever had.

I have been trying to find a doctor for years in Grande prairie, after moving to Calgary I found DR.Herget and will be with him until he retires. He takes time to listen and doesn’t judge you about anything

Tried calling several times to reschedule and book a new appointment. No one answered and tried to make it in anyways. Suffering from chest pains and shortness of breath after recovering from COVID-19. I was told upon arrival 20 minutes before the clinic closed that the Doctor had left and that after explaining my symptoms was told to book another appointment. When I asked of a note could be made on my file I was told no. After telling the staff to have a good day I was told “no, and you don’t have a good day.” I will not be returning to this Doctor and would not recommend anyone else see them. Staff is unprofessional and office hours are suggestions and not honored.

Diagnosed my mom w osteoporosis and told her to take calcium. 4 years later she’s having severe complications due to improper treatment. Thank god she has a better doctor now who actually knows how to treat this common condition!!!!

I found him to be rude and dismissive of my concerns. And he was coughing around me without wearing a mask, during the pandemic, which I thought was unprofessional and even reckless.
