I was lucky that my GP has a great relationship with dr Havas. My case was a little bit urgent. He arranged me to see dr Havas on the next morning, even before the morning session started. Dr Havas is so knowledgeable and patient. Hope everything will be fine soon.

As a medical professional myself I was extremely disappointed with how the Consult was conducted. The doctor was running 40 mins late, no apology was made. A thourogh history was not sought. And after stating that I only had dermatitis in my ear, I asked if I could get my ear cleaned out as I knew I had debris stuck in there, he reluctantly used the device to clear my ear and found I had a large object on my ear drum, this could not be removed. Further the receptionist asked if I needed the receipt, the receipt showed $220 for the Consult and $250 for surgical removal of keratosis obturans. The object was not removed, ear drops were given to resolve it, with no instructions. My Consult was less than 15 mins. further I have looked up the definition and am quite sure this is not what I have.

Had two septoplasty surgeries with Havas - because the first one did not work (still had a C bend) and I needed a revision. Having sought a second opinion I have just found out I need another septoplasty to revise my STILL NOT STRAIGHT septum (causing me to not be able to breath fully out of my nose). Horrible experience - especially for a young female aged 20 at the time - and who had saved a lot of money to have the surgery.

I was so glad that I brought my daughter to Dr Havas for her tonsil enlargement. He didn't suggest us to do tonsillectomy. He told my daughter's condition shall be gone in a couple of months. While some other doctors recommended the surgery, we still followed what Dr Havas' suggested. And she's fine now! We highly appreciate his help!

I booked the appointment for my wife. Her English is not good. But I couldn’t go with her. The ENT clinic provides free interpretation service for my wife. Everything went well!

Knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Not many doctors can do there job and be nice at the same time so I am greatfull I found a doctor like him. Helped diagnose and fix my problem in the most conservative way as opposed to surgery. Would highly recommend!
