Very efficient! Everything, the consultation and the operation…. were all done in 10 days! Still couldn’t believe that!

I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time to see Professor Havas, with no explanation as to why he was already 8 patients behind before 10AM in the morning, and withering looks from the receptionists when I queried the wait time. The consult was brusque, and felt as if he were just going through the motions. I was sent for a hearing test with the audiologist, but it was not explained to me that this would double the already exorbitant consult fees. My questions and concerns were dismissed, I feel strongly that my issue was misdiagnosed, and I will now have to see another ENT for a second opinion. A huge waste of my time, and money, and I will be speaking to my GP to recommend he stop referring others to Professor Havas.

After seeing doctor Havas, he told me i had nasal polyps (which i didn’t) then he asked me if i wanted a nose job with nasal polyp removal. didn’t even mention my deviated septum. happy i got a second opinion.

I was lucky that my GP has a great relationship with dr Havas. My case was a little bit urgent. He arranged me to see dr Havas on the next morning, even before the morning session started.
Dr Havas is so knowledgeable and patient. Hope everything will be fine soon.
