I cannot begin to express my gratitude for Dr. Ridley’s support and knowledge throughout this process. When I tore my ACL, I was devastated and I figured my collegiate hockey career was over. But I can’t thank you and your team enough for turning that around. TCO, and Dr. Ridley was so helpful in getting me back on the ice. Dr Ridley and his team are nothing short of amazing. He performed hip surgery on both of my daughters hips. Dr Ridley is caring, professional and sees the treatment all the way through from pre-op to the final day of physical therapy. The communication with his whole team, including the physical therapist is exceptional. We have loved our experience with TCO, Dr Ridley, his team and Liz, the physical therapist. Thanks to them, my daughter is on her way to being her active self again and we cannot thank Dr Ridley enough. He's the BEST!!

Dr. Ridley helped to make an unfortunate accident a much better experience due to his expertise, kindhearted manner and great communication! Dr. Ridley always made sure my questions were answered, and even personally reached out following surgery to check in with me. Honestly by far the best surgery experience I've had to date with myself or any of my children! From the cleanliness, the staff's friendliness, the quickness of getting us in and out, the knowledge of everyone including front desk staff/doctors/nurses and the efficiency of the doctor and nurses after surgery to get us on our way and not keep us waiting around. Seriously 5 stars! Way to go TCO!!

My husband, Richard, age 69, had a hip replacement done almost 7 weeks ago and is doing FANTASTIC! He had contemplated going with another doctor who performed this surgery using the anterior approach which is advertised to have a shorter and easier recovery. After talking to Dr. Ridley he explained to us that research shows that the posterior approach's healing and recovery time was just the same. WE ARE SO HAPPY THAT WE CHOSE DR. RIDLEY TO PERFORM HIS SURGERY!! Not only is he a great surgeon, he is also personable, friendly, happy and takes as much time as you need to answer all of your questions. Not only is this surgeon fantastic, but so is his entire team. His care coordinator, his PA and nurse are so helpful and knowledgable. Whoever said that the anterior approach was the best way to go was WRONG. Dr. Ridley performs the posterior approach and people can't believe how good I am doing. If you are considering having a hip replacement, please consider Dr. Ridley as your othopedic surgeon. You'll never regret it. AND, we also highly recommend doing your exercises religiously and consider going to physical therapy. You'll never regret either of these decisions. Thank you, Dr. Ridley! We'll definitely be seeing you again for the other hip surgery.

I have been in the orthopedic industry for over 20 years and have friends and family ask for referrals on a daily basis. My close friend has two sons that are high level athletes in baseball and football. They were dealing with sports injuries and wanted my advice. I referred them to Dr. Ridley and they ended up needing surgery and had fantastic outcomes. Why Dr. Ridley, they asked? First off, he is fellowship trained from the world renowned Steadman Clinic in Vail. He is a fantastic surgeon, ethical in his indications for surgery, was a collegiate athlete in two sports and a patient himself with sports injuries. I ended up seeing Dr. Ridley with a hip problem and he was conservative in his treatment. He recommended physical therapy and I’m doing fantastic. When it comes to sports injuries Dr. Ridley is who I refer all my friends and family to.

Dr. Ridley’s care has been excellent. Dr. Ridley has been treating my injury over the past few months. He and his team are always very friendly, efficient and thorough. Dr. Ridley always takes time to explain things in a simple and easy way to understand. He is always kind and compassionate, and I feel he really treats me as a whole, and not just an injury.

This was my first visit to TCO and my first visit with Dr. TJ Ridley. From the minute I entered the building, I had a good feeling and felt comfortable. Each of the staff members I encountered before meeting with Dr. Ridley were kind and welcoming. My visit with Dr. Ridley was exceptional. He was very interested in hearing my story of my pain. He was thorough in his questioning. When my results came in, he explained so I could understand what he saw in my tests. Dr. Ridley was clear in his prognosis and he immediately had a plan for me to implement. At this time I have no upcoming appointment as long as I follow his recommendations. I highly recommend Dr. TJ Ridley to anyone looking for an orthopedic physician who is highly qualified and one who truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Ridley walked through a very comprehensive and in-depth 2nd opinion for my broken wrist. He was extremely knowledgeable & continues to follow up post-op with strong recommendations and consistent reassurance of the healing process.
He continues to circle back and is always in touch with the new orthopedic technologies, practices, and shareable content to keep you in the know.
