She is not there for her patients and her staff is intolerable. She has long wait times and could care less how her patients are treated. She ignores her calls (from her patients) and has missed appointments that were booked specifically for her. She was good at the start but her patients are obviously not her priority or her concern anymore.

Dr Pentelichuk is an awesome doctor - in fact the best my husband and kids have ever experienced. She identified the urgent need for knee surgery with myself without using x-rays - just physical exam. Other doctors totally misdiagnosed the problem. Dr. Pentelichuk was on top of my husband's back concerns as well as his recent systemic bacterial infection. Without her knowledge and ability to think outside of the box my husband would not be where he is today. Her urgent care of his needs and referral to an infectious disease specialist saved his life. The emergency doctor just sent him home with oral antibiotics! Our younger son is a changed child after the advice and knowledge that we received from Dr Pentelichuk. He had seen numerous specialists and doctors and all were dead end streets. Dr Pentelichuk turned his life around and ours. I'm sorry to see so many negative comments for Dr Pentelichuk for 2011, this is not the doctor we experienced. All doctors could learn from her!

Used to be good and helpful, but not anymore. She is afraid to make any decisions, is not knowledgeable about everything, but thinks she is, There is nothing worse. I don't think she has the patient's interest first and foremost, otherwise she would be doing research and prescribing medication appropriately. Am definitely looking for another dr., I have lost all respect for her.

I wanted to write somethign original but the post submitted on Oct 22, 2014 is exactly the script out of my head. I also wish that she was open to patients, but if you read about her you will realize her passion is elsewhere, I can only imagine that whatever she does she will be great at it.

The best doctor I have ever seen (especially at a walk-in clinic). She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to explain things to me and even cared about the cost of my medications. I wish I could have her as a family doctor, she is excellent.

Dr.P delivered my baby in Regina almost 6 years ago, I’ll never forget her. She calmed all my fears and handled my high-risk pregnancy perfectly. I was saddened that she moved away but all with her now are very fortunate to have such an amazing doctor!!!

Dr. P was my dr in Regina and we were devastated to see her leave. She went above and beyond with my first child – I will never forget her!!She is a wonderful dr. and Banff residents are soooo very lucky to have her!!!!

We loved here. She delivered my baby in Regina 6 years ago and she did a amazing job of keeping us calm since it happened so fast. We were so sad when she left especally since I was 6 months along with our second child. We sure wish she had stayed in Regina. Banff’s got the best doctor.

Dr, Tanya is a wonderful person and doctor. She is on time, sometimes even early. You can talk to her about anything and she gets action going when needed. Banff is happy to have her.
