Dr Diamond's staff are unhelpful and rude. After my appointment with Dr Diamond I had a question regarding the medication he recommend as I discovered it may cause birth defects in unborn babies (I am pregnant and wanted to know the possible defects). His receptionist has just told me that I could miscarry due to my overactive thyroid otherwise I can take the medication that may cause birth defects, and that the choice is up to me! Dr Diamond will not speak to me over the phone about this and will not see me until he has a free appointment in three days time. This patient care is unheard of. Wait three days and risk miscarrying because he will not speak to me over the phone about the medication that he prescribed?!

The angry secretary needs to get a new job that she actually likes. Talk about job mis-match! Horrendous experience all round.

Good specialist only if you can actually reach them on the phone.

We were kept waiting about 30 minutes but Dr Diamond did give us a decent appointment. I was a bit taken aback when, as the support person for my elderly parent, I said Hello and I was ignored. He finally spoke to me once he realised I was there to make his life easier by answering questions on behalf of my parent. I think he is knowledgeable however he could show a bit more compassion, I have seen glimpses of it he just needs to show it a bit more. I wish the secretary would process the Medicare claim to provide a complete service.

Very efficient, punctual. Fitted us in urgently. Have had 2 teleconferences since due to COVID. He saw my husband years ago for thyroid and we were happy then too

A great doctor. Very knowledgeable. Poor punctuality.
