I found Dr Diamond very knowledgeable and informative. Whilst his manner is quite direct, I appreciated his forthright manner when advising me of potential risks. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

I had to wait an hour and half to see Dr Diamond there was no apology. He could not get me out quick enough. If there is a problem there is no follow up. He leaves you in limbo. I quickly realized there was no patient care, just a business.

I had been told he could be abrupt. I found he has an excellent sense of humour…very knowledgeable. Doctors don’t have the best job. They are dealing with illnesses 24/7 & peoples personalities. Personally I would find the job depressing. …he is not their right be a dynamic friendly person. He is there to assist & advice unhealthy people.

I visited Dr. Terry Diamond on 29 Apr 2021. I was scheduled for an appointment at 12:30 and was told he was behind schedule by 30mins. After more than 9mins wait. I was called in through a wrong name and subsequently told to wait outside again. During my brief 30 seconds of interaction I found him to be extremely bad at social interactions he had no empathy and no care for his patients. He was extremely unprofessional and unapproachable. I would not ever recommend this doctor to anyone.

I was given the prolia needle for osteopenia on the 1/12/20 and have been suffering ever since with a rash all over my body. I was told to go to my GP because it was an infection. I am very upset with Dr Diamond.I found him very uncaring.

Incredibly rude doctor, abrupt and speaks down to you. No matter how good the knowledge doesn’t override the fact that there is no patient care
