So useless. He diagnosed my mental health disorders but then refused to answer any more questions when I wasn’t sure exactly what some of them were. Was always in and out in less than 4 minutes and rushed me to get out even when I had questions or concerns. It was always “how are you doing?” “What have you been doing” “are your meds still working?” “Okay, here’s a new prescription” “any questions?” *i say yes* “no. Okay, goodbye” and basically told me to GTFO. Do NOT go to him. Ever. If you just want more pills, sure! But if you’re like me and are actually curious about things and how to get myself better without pills as much as possible, get someone else.

Okay ... I haven't seen this person yet, but I've met ones like this in the past. I am SO GLAD that people left reviews to WARN me about this character. I am diagnosed with three mental health issues, some I was born with. I would not need someone blaming me for my own problems which I have spent a lifetime fighting to overcome. There is no room in my life for egotistical incompetent unempathetic practitioners who can't being themselves to listen to their patients or admit when they are wrong. These individuals tend to do more harm than good in my experience. Thank God for review sites like this. It has probably saved me a ton of grief. Medicine in general is an art form, and some people simply do not possess the talent to practice this art. According to these reviews, the knowledge base also is cited to be lacking as well. These are by far the scariest reviews I have ever read for a psychiatrist. The last time I ran across an individual like this he ended up in front of a the college of physicians and surgeons and had his license pulled, but not before he damaged a lot of people. Forewarned is forearmed. Thank you for everyone who left a frank review. Also if you feel you have been the victim of an incompetent practitioner it is important to make out a formal complaint to the Alberta College of Physicians and Surgeons. Unless you speak up, nothing will get done if there is a problem with a practitioner. Please remember that you are the consumer here and these people work for YOU, not the other way around.
