Everyone, including the front desk, the nurses, the patient care coordinators, and finally Dr. Low, was AMAZING from beginning to end. Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease from the initial consultation all the way thru the follow up appointments. The surgery went well and the aftercare was just as great. Dr. Low and his team at North Shore really care...they called multiple times after surgery to check on me and answer any questions I had. I could not be happier with the results and am so happy I chose North Shore for my breast reduction. They truly changed my life!

I am so happy with my breast reduction results, I am more confident, active, and happy. Dr. Low is an amazing doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to ask/answer questions and never makes the appointment feel rushed. The staff is also amazing and extremely welcoming.

Amazing experience!! From dr Low to the office staff everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was so kind and patient during the process and answered my many questions. Any time I called the office with questions someone answered right away and was able to help me.

I am BEYOND HAPPY with the results of my tummy tuck with Dr Low. I was a bit unsure about going through with this procedure but I am so happy I listened to Dr Low and I went through with a tummy tuck and Lipo. Also this was the only office which suggested I stay overnight and oh boy was that a lifesaver for me!! The Nurse assigned to me overnight was BEYOND sweet and so helpful. That also made a huge difference in my wonderful experience with this office. Also the entire staff in the office is always so warm and friendly. They make me feel so welcome every time I come in for my appointments. Also my recovery was surprisingly easier and faster than I expected. I was up and walking by day 3. My stomach went from flabby to completely flat after only a little after a month! I am so excited to see even more progress as time goes on. Overall I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND North Shore Cosmetic surgery. It’s been an absolutely excellent experience !!!

Dr. Low made the process easy and as pain free as possible. As someone who has been wanting this surgery forever, I am so glad I waited and met with Dr. Low. He was gentle, explained everything so there were no surprises, and made me so comfortable the day of the surgery. He even called the evening of the surgery to see how I was doing at home.
