Everyone, including the front desk, the nurses, the patient care coordinators, and finally Dr. Low, was AMAZING from beginning to end. Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease from the initial consultation all the way thru the follow up appointments. The surgery went well and the aftercare was just as great. Dr. Low and his team at North Shore really care…they called multiple times after surgery to check on me and answer any questions I had. I could not be happier with the results and am so happy I chose North Shore for my breast reduction. They truly changed my life!

Amazing experience!! From dr Low to the office staff everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was so kind and patient during the process and answered my many questions. Any time I called the office with questions someone answered right away and was able to help me.

Dr. Low is an amazing surgeon. He took care of an abnormal growth on my forehead and made the whole process smooth. He has amazing bedside manner, very informative and reassuring. He is super sweet as well as the entire staff at north shore cosmetic surgery. I could not ask for a better experience. I will be recommending this practice to friends and family going forward.
