I have been attending chiropractic and acupuncture regularly for over a year at Harmony Chiropractic & Wellness. My experience thus far with has been expansive and transformative. Had a very nice experience at Harmony Chiropractic & Acupuncture Clinic! They are the best Prenatal & Postpartum healthcare without any doubt in Kelowna. It’s extremely accommodating for expectant mothers and really took into account everything my body is going through while coming up with a treatment plan. Experienced quick relief of neck and shoulder pain after just one massage. My massage therapist was also great about making sure I was comfortable and adjusting pressure as necessary. She also gave me some stretches to keep things loose moving forward which I appreciated.

I see Lily for acupuncture. She is personable, intuitive, kind. The front staff are friendly and efficient at Harmony Chiropractic and Wellness Clinic. They’re always on time. It’s easy to book appointments online or in-person. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Warm, friendly, professional and nurturing, you feel like you could tell her your whole life story which is healing in itself. Acupuncture makes me feel more grounded and deeply calm, able to face the world and myself. Highly recommend Lily if you have palpitations, anxiety or any kind of internal stress, both Chinese herbs and acupuncture treatments from her literally take away this vibrating sensation of anticipation I tend to experience before new projects. I have referred my partner to see her as well for his chronic insomnia which has improved!

I went to see Lily for a series of cosmetic acupuncture treatments last year and really enjoyed my experience. I felt instantly calm upon walking into her treatment room, and felt very safe in her capable hands. Not only did she work her magic to keep my skin looking as glowing as can be, she also includes a body treatment with each cosmetic acupuncture session to help balance your whole system and keep you feeling great. Would highly recommend Lily as a practitioner!

Lily is the best Acupuncturist I have ever seen. She is hands down the most knowledgeable Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner in Kelowna. I had lots of Acupuncture Treatment in Kelowna but Lily’s Treatment is the Best!!!
