This is not a good hospital. I know of way too many mistakes. Duncan regional is where my friends go.

When I have gone into the ER with a severe emergency problem I was attended to immediately with the very best of care. When I have gone into the ER with an emergency that wasn’t severe I have had to wait but was taken care of very well. I have been hospitalized several times and had surgery twice in Memorial as well as my husband and we absolutely don’t have any complaints about the care or the staff on any floor. Even the cleaning team has been outstanding. Thank God this hospital is just around the corner from our home and we don’t have to drive a great distance to receive excellent medical care. My only complaint is that if I am referred to a specialist and then I don’t care for that doctor I am not allowed to change to another specialist. I have even been referred to a doctor when I had requested another one in the same field. This I don’t understand because trusting your doctor is part of the healing process.

there is no way I would go to this hospital or the emergency room here. lots of staff not caring, not paying attention to you or waiting on you. the wait time to be seen in the ER is hours, so don’t go here.
