TriHealth has ruined the generations of goodwill from this city. Good Sam Hospital is trash. I feel for the good doctors and nurses that work here. I’m leaving as many TriHealth services as I possibly can replace. Some of the doctors are outwardly homophobic and condescending.

Horrible experience overall . Surgical procedure performed on my mother without her medical POAs consent or knowledge..she is 87with dementia and is hard of hearing. No communication from doctors. ICU nurse Hannah did not help her. When moved to heart floor- they received no history. Left eeg paste in her hair. She was discharged without telling family and sent to a rehab facility when a hospice plan should have been made. POA not told and not given an option to appeal discharge.

Failed to do simple tests. Failed to acknowledge blood work. Refused to answer questions. Refused to accept responsibility for lack of care. Of course charged too much money. Ceiling tiles were out in waiting area.
