Excellent care, food was good, dietary was good, nurses were good. We told my husband’s transplant Doctor in Pittsburgh that he should be referring his patients to Kindred Heritage Valley instead of Natrona Heights. Kindred has much better care and the place was so much cleaner. My husband had no complaints and would recommend this hospital. Everyone was really great – nurses, aides and Dr. Ashfaq. I would definitely recommend this hospital. I received great care and was treated very well by everyone. I’m really going to miss my new “friend” Debi, the Patient Advocate, who came to talk with me daily. Very nice hospital.

I got really good care here. My husband and I were very pleased with everything they did for me and how good we were both treated. Debi, the patient advocate holds a special place in our hearts. It was a pleasure getting to know her and we will miss her. The nurses and aides were wonderful and I felt good about the care .
