Thank you all for everything. I couldn't have done it without the entire staff of doctors, nurses, CNAS, Respirtory therapy department, physical therapy department and the kitchen staff. i was always greeted with a smile and it felt like i was at home with family

What a beautiful experience i had at Kindred Sugar Land, everyone was amazing and compassionate. The amount of time each nurse, respiratory therapist and physical therapist spent with the patient was incredible. They made sure you had anything and everything you wanted or needed. I thank you all and God bless you all.

I have been in this facility several times and each time the staff is amazing and kind. They give me my pain medication on time, make sure my needs are met before i ask and are so compassionate and funny. Carol from HBO is amazing. Thank you so much for everything.

Everyone is so nice, and is sure do appreciate everyone. The girls are so nice and helpful. They always come talk to me and took good care of me. I thank you all so much for being so kind.

I was so skeptical to come to such a hospital, but after several days, i realized what an amazing place it is. the nurses, aides, housekeeping, kitchen all treat you like family. The administrators take the time to get to know you and put you at ease. Monica was so sweet and kind, listened and provided soothing words to help ease my anxiety. She even let my family put bird feeders outside my room so I could watch the birds outside. I went from not being able to move in bed to walking a few feet before i discharged. Thank you all at Kindred Sugar Land

To all the people out there trying to make a decision on coming to an LTACH, This was one of the hardest decisions we had to make for our family and we are so thankful for Kindred Sugarland. It was remarkable from the beginning, the smiles we encounter going down the hallway, the greetings on day of admission, the prompt “welcoming committee” made all our worries melt away. Dont get me wrong it was not perfect, but when we had a problem or complaint it was dealt with immediately and professionally. The therapy department was wonderful and professional, also. i would recommend this hospital to anyone and don’t listen to the naysayers, make a decision on your own.

the staff was wonderful, from the day i came to the day im leaving it has been a blessing. Everyone just loved on me and supported me. even if i didn’t want to do it they just gave me so much love. Rose and Susan was especially good and gave me so much love and attention. Very uplifting the way they treated me. VEry loving and compassionate. I would certainly come back. it makes me not want to leave. the food was great . they have a great staff. from the time i walk through the door they showed so much compassion and love. The wound care team was so kind. they all blessed my soul. Its like a big family, they have no bitterness. Therapy was so uplifting and they are so kind. There is so much love in this building.

People have written some awful things about this hospital, so I want to tell you about our experience. When we arrived four staff members greeted us and were so happy and full of joy. The next day we had many more people come around and introduce themselves and everyone had such a glowing and positive attitude. The care was superb and even when we had an issue with paperwork, Monica was the one who straightened it all out and helped save my job(needless to say I am very thankful to her)! Case management was very helpful with our discharge arrangements also. I’m not saying this stay was perfect, because there was some imperfections, but all the good way out shined the bad. Thank you Kindred Sugar Land for all you do, Every. Single. Day.
