We had a wonderful experience at Kindred Sugar land, the staff was incredible especially during the hurricane. They treated everyone with kindness and compassion never complained about the circumstances that surrounded them and did their jobs in the midst of a crisis. The entire facility pulled together and took care of each patient and the families. it was an honor to be a part of it. Thank you, for all the kindness and compassion you showed us. you are truly super duper!!!

I have been at this hospital for a long time. I came here after my brain was bleeding. I had a tube in my neck and was on the breathing machine. The staff was so good that they got me off the breathing machine and the tube out of my neck and helped me learn to eat again. It has been a long recovery process and am so thankful for so many of the staff members. Alice Chavez is an excellent worker and always makes you feel special. Ann Clyne is wonderful, happy and very helpful. Angela with the oxygen is very helpful and loving person All of my therapist were excellent, kind, compassionate and caring< Donna, Sal, Vimmie, Alex, Sefora, Mack and they always stop to ask how I'm doing. Jose and Saji with oxygen are so nice and considerate. They are very lucky to have Honorine and Rose. They are perfect for here. Marie helped me this morning with my stomach pains. Sandra is wonderful and good to have here. Jessica Agu worked very well with me, Lucy and Chi chi on night shift were very good with me. Mike with the oxygen is a kind, caring guy. Dr Bandy is very good and Shailesh is so sweet. I am very lucky to have had all these people taking care of me, because I will be leaving here able to eat, talk and sit up in a chair.

I'd like to recognize Phina Ughoh and the phenomenal efforts and care given by her to our father, Ernest Granger. We have witnessed time and time again the services of excellence with love she has provided to our father. Ms Ughoh always goes above and beyond in all she does. An example, I observed Ms Ughoh the other afternoon feed our father when there was no way he was going to eat the food in front of him. We tried and nothing worked. It was a battle. Phina walked into the room and was successful in getting him to eat almost the entire dinner and it included a smile from our father after what would have been quite a negative ordeal had anyone else performed this task. Because he needs to eat to gain strength and so his medications will work. Phina is truly saving our father's life whenever she assists. She is truly a star above all others. With such gratitude and appreciation, The Grangers
